Why I Started This Blog: Two Tiny Reasons Why
AFFILIATE MARKETINGMOM BLOGSTAY AT HOME MOM JOBS

When I pictured motherhood, I always assumed I’d eventually return to work. That’s what I had always known. With over 12 years in healthcare and a degree in Health Administration, my identity had been deeply tied to my career. I never imagined a different way of life—until I held my daughter in my arms for the first time.
In that quiet, beautiful moment, everything shifted. Life would never be the same. And less than two years later, when I gave birth to our son, that feeling only deepened. The pull to be home, to raise my babies and witness every milestone, became impossible to ignore.
But the truth is, being a stay-at-home mom isn't easy—especially in today’s economy. Living on one income felt like a dream slipping further away with each trip to the grocery store. Double the diapers, double the expenses... Yikes!
I spent an entire year applying for part-time remote jobs. Hundreds of applications. Not a single opportunity panned out. Despite my experience, my degree, and my willingness to learn something new, I kept hearing “no.” It was discouraging. I felt like I was failing.
Then I stumbled across the world of affiliate marketing.
Curiosity took over. I started researching late into the night (and I mean late), watching YouTube videos, reading blog after blog, and taking notes while my little ones slept. I realized that affiliate marketing offered something I didn’t think was possible—a way to earn passive income from home, without sacrificing time with my kids.
That’s how Two Tiny Reasons was born. This blog is my journey—one that I hope will inspire you too. I’m not an expert. I’m a mom with a dream and a deep desire to make things work. If you’ve felt stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to balance motherhood with financial contribution, please know: you are not alone.
It’s absolutely possible to raise your littles and bring in an income from home. You just need a bit of guidance, a little faith, and a whole lot of heart.
I’m here to show you what I’m learning as I go, to cheer you on, and to remind you that you can do this, too.
With love,
A mama with two tiny reasons 💕
